Your data will be processed in order to allow for the performance of activities connected with or instrumental to the company’s internal selection processes, which is a necessary prerequisite for any recruitment or for the start of any collaboration. Your data will also be processed in order to inform you of the outcome of the selection process, by contacting you at the contact details given in the form on the Site and/or curriculum vitae.
The processing of the data is necessary for pre-contractual purposes (art. 6 letter b of the GDPR), in conjunction with art. 88 (1) GDPR and the General Authorisation no. 1/2016 of the Guarantor for the protection of personal data (Authorisation for the processing of sensitive data in labour relations – 15 December 2016) linked to the personnel selection processes that originated from the receipt of your curriculum vitae.
Recipients of the data: the data collected in relation to the purposes indicated may be communicated to the data processors/authorised by the Data Controller, to the data processors designated pursuant to Article 28 of EU Reg. 2016/679, to IT consultants/systems administrators, and to independent data controllers.

Duration of processing: As for the personal data collected in connection with the collection of CVs, they will be kept for the time necessary to carry out the purposes indicated and in any case stored for a period not exceeding 24 months. At the end of the retention period, personal data will be deleted.
Failure to provide data: the provision of data is necessary for the pursuit of the purposes indicated above, which the data subject must fulfil. Failure to provide data on the part of the data subject shall make it impossible to continue the selection process.
Method of processing: the processing of data for the above-mentioned purposes is carried out by means of electronic, computerised or paper media in compliance with the rules of confidentiality and security provided for by the above-mentioned regulations and other consequent regulations. They are also processed, on behalf of the Data Controller, by professionals and/or companies appointed to carry out technical, development, management and administrative-accounting activities.
Transfer of data abroad: Data collected in connection with the aforementioned purposes are not transferred to countries outside the EU.
